COVID-19
Robin and I remained open, helping our clients with their dogs through the Coronavirus Crisis. We have enhanced our procedures and policies to safely and intelligently support our clients. We believe that many of the actions we have enacted will positively benefit our clients going forward. We will continue to provide these enhanced services.
Some of the additional steps we have enacted and will remain as part of or training program are:
- Client receives their own set of training tools.
- All documentation and training notes delivered via a Personal Dog Training Portal Dog Training Portal to the client.
- We will wear masks, if asked.
- We continue to encourage expanded remote support through:
- Phone call follow-up
- Texting questions
- Zoom Video (new)
